Objective:

Phase 3 focuses on the institutionalization of ICT in the whole-school environment. As school embark on their transformational pathway and having completed Phase 1 and 2, a school will be provided a face-to-face facilitated workshop on developing a sustainable ICT school strategy.

 

Outcomes:

• Institutionalize ICT in the whole school environment

• Guide management practices and strategy to integrate ICT into the school and classroom environment

• Create a natural shift into the changing environments of ICT

• The development of ICT policies and Acceptable Use Policies

• Strengthen strategies in transformational leadership in ICT

• Coordinate in-house professional development

• Develop a sharing culture

• Develop active and engaging communities of practice and professional development

• Manage technological devices in the school

• Strategically plan and develop operational procedures to ensure sustainable ICT integration the school
