Step 1: Access the Schools IT Self-help tool through the WCED Sidekick, SchoolsIT App
Step 2: Click on the following tab Self Service Support to Schools. This will take you to the web app tool.

Step 3: Explore the tool through the Menu items mentioned above
Step 4: Scan the following QR code with your cellphone
Step 5: Click on the tab Download the Self Service App for Android
Step 6: Install
Step 7: You now have instant access to the app on your phone when you need tech support and assistance
