This portal provides self-service technical support for schools. This tool serves to provide teachers with step-by-step assistance on device management, technical problems, and frequently asked questions.

Activity 2:
Step 1: Access the Schools IT Self-help tool through the WCED Sidekick, SchoolsIT App
Step 2: Click on the following tab Self Service Support to Schools. This will take you to the web app tool.

Step 3: Explore the tool through the Menu items mentioned above
Step 4: Scan the following QR code with your cellphone
